Our job is to look after people with a problem in their home, their building or their business, and follow it until it’s resolved. If that appeals to you, we’d like to meet you.
The job
Answer, organise and follow up.
- Handle requests by phone, email, WhatsApp and chat.
- Log each case in the client’s tool, complete and clear.
- Talk to the repair companies to agree dates.
- Tell each person how their case is going.
- Use the team’s AI as help, always checking what it suggests.

A day on the team
Listen, write it down and follow it.
AI helps you summarise and classify each case. What gets decided and what gets said is up to you.
Write it down
You log it in the client’s tool, complete and clear, so anyone on the team can pick it up.
Follow it
You talk to whoever does the repair, keep an eye on the dates and tell whoever reported it how it’s going until it’s closed.
