Platform and integrations

Our own platform, connected with your tools.

We agree with you where the service will be managed and what information the platforms need to share. Our team works from the Fixfy platform or from the tool you already use.

Where the service is managedAgreed with you
On the Fixfy platformThe service is managed on our platform. Terms are set out in the proposal.
In your toolThe team logs in with its own accounts and only the permissions the agreed tasks need.
Connected via APIWe review what information the service needs to exchange and what each system allows.

Three ways to fit in

Platform, tool and API.

Whatever we use in your case is set out in the proposal.

01

Our own platform

We have our own platform to support handling and following up requests: it logs each request, AI suggests category and priority, a person checks it and the case is followed to closure.

02

In your tool

Our team can also work in the client’s tool, with its categories, statuses and templates, and only the access the agreed tasks need.

03

API connections

We integrate with other platforms through APIs. Before we start, we review what information the service needs to exchange and what each system allows.

How it fits

We join the way you work today.

People keep reporting issues where they always have. Behind the scenes, our team answers under your name, logs every request and talks to the contractors.

How the team leaves your ticket

With everything needed, in whichever tool is used.

Before we start, we agree with you which tasks we take on and with which permissions. We get only the access those tasks need.

  • We use your categories, your statuses and your templates.
  • Tickets keep their full history.
  • If something in the tool fails, we raise it with whoever provides it.

SiGO is our technology provider. The proposal sets out the team’s tasks, the use of the platform and the connections needed.

SiGO, Reparanet and the other brands mentioned belong to their owners. We name them to explain which tools we work with.

Let's talk

Tell us how requests reach you today.

Which spaces you look after, which channels requests come in on, and where they go unanswered. From there, we suggest how to handle them.
