Who we serve

On both sides of maintenance.

We work for those who run spaces and for those who receive repair jobs. The work is the same: every request reaches whoever solves it, and the person who reported it knows how it’s going. What changes is who reports, through which channel and what they need.

Your case

Sector by sector.

Some examples of what reaches us, sector by sector.

Residential buildings and property managers

For example, residents report a lift that won’t move or water in the hallway, by phone, WhatsApp or through the caretaker. We answer on behalf of your firm, open the ticket, pass it to the contractor you use for that building and follow it up. Approvals follow your rules, and residents are kept informed.

Retail chains and shops

Each store reports its own issues; for example, a jammed shutter, a fridge that’s too warm or toilets out of service. We take them from store managers, open the ticket with photos and location, send it to the right contractor and keep the store informed until the ticket is closed.

Offices

Staff report what isn’t working; for example, the air conditioning, a light or a meeting room. We handle those requests so your facilities team can focus on fixing things, and we keep the person who reported it updated.

Sports facilities

Users and staff report issues in changing rooms, courts and pools, often in the evening and at weekends. We cover the hours we agree, follow your safety procedure first and follow each issue through to closure.

Repair and maintenance companies

Your clients send you jobs; your technicians should be repairing, not on the phone. We log each job in your system with the details available, arrange appointments within your rules, chase open work orders and keep your client informed.

Hotels and care homes

We also handle maintenance requests for hotels and care homes. We agree who can report, through which channels, and who each ticket goes to.

When several trades are needed

One request, several hands.

A leak can end up needing a plumber, a builder and a painter. Each part is done by whoever you choose. We send each work order when its turn comes, follow the whole job, and the person who reported it has someone telling them how it’s all going.

Those who own or run the space

Your spaces, with someone watching every request.

We look after whoever reports the problem, log what’s needed and follow the work with the maintenance company you choose. We let you know when a case gets stuck.

What usually happensRequests come in through several places, it’s hard to know where each one stands, and whoever reported it calls again.

Property managers, residents’ associations, offices, shops, sports facilities, hotels, care homes, public spaces.

  • We answer whoever reports the issue, under your name and on your channels.
  • We open the ticket in your tool and pass it to your maintenance company.
  • We follow its status and tell you what gets stuck.
  • You see what repeats, so you can decide what to prevent.

Repair and maintenance companies

Complete jobs and follow-up for your technicians.

We receive the jobs, gather the information available and answer questions about their status.

What usually happensJobs arrive incomplete, clients call the technicians to ask how it’s going, and open work orders are left without follow-up.

Maintenance companies, repair companies and managers that receive jobs from their clients.

  • We receive the jobs and leave them complete in your tool.
  • We talk to your client and to whoever reported it to pin down details and dates.
  • We follow open work orders and pass on the dates the contractor confirms.
  • Your client knows how their job is going without calling your technicians.
